The Garage Door Was Noisy and Moving Roughly

The customer was hearing unusual noise from the garage door, and the door was no longer opening and closing as smoothly as it should. The rollers had become old and worn, which was affecting how the door moved along the tracks.

The bottom seal was also flat, dirty, and no longer sealing the bottom of the door properly. During the repair, Eric also found a damaged garage door cable that needed to be replaced.
